These terms apply to the game Noisy Neighbors: Puzzle ("the game"), made by it2digital ("we"). By playing, you accept them. The rules of Google Play or the App Store, where you got the game, also apply.
1. Playing the game
We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to play the game on your devices for your own entertainment. Please do not copy, modify, reverse engineer, resell or use the game or its content outside this purpose, and do not use cheats, automation or modified versions.
2. Coins, boosters and lives
Coins, lives, hints, soundproof panels and other items in the game are virtual. They have no value in real money, cannot be exchanged for money or anything outside the game, and cannot be transferred to other players. We may change how they work or what they cost in the game, for example to keep it balanced.
3. Purchases
Purchases are made through Google Play or the App Store and follow their payment and refund rules. A purchase gives you the right to use the virtual item or feature in the game. "No ads" removes the ads shown between levels and the banners; ads you choose to watch for a reward stay available. Items that are used up in play (such as coins) cannot be restored once spent.
4. Ads
The game shows ads, including ads you can choose to watch for a reward. How ads use information is explained in our Privacy Policy.
5. Changes and availability
We may update the game, add or remove content, or stop offering it. We try to keep your progress, but we cannot promise that the game will always be available or free of errors.
6. Liability
The game is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for the loss of virtual items. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the consumer protection laws of your country.

Bu şartlar, it2digital ("biz") tarafından geliştirilen Noisy Neighbors: Puzzle ("oyun") için geçerlidir. Oyunu oynayarak bu şartları kabul etmiş olursunuz. Oyunu indirdiğiniz Google Play veya App Store'un kuralları da geçerlidir.
1. Oyunu oynamak
Size oyunu kendi cihazlarınızda, kişisel eğlenceniz için oynama konusunda kişisel, münhasır olmayan ve devredilemez bir hak veririz. Lütfen oyunu veya içeriğini kopyalamayın, değiştirmeyin, tersine mühendislik yapmayın, yeniden satmayın ya da bu amaç dışında kullanmayın; hile, otomasyon veya değiştirilmiş sürümler kullanmayın.
2. Coinler, güçlendiriciler ve canlar
Oyundaki coinler, canlar, ipuçları, ses yalıtımı panelleri ve diğer öğeler sanaldır. Gerçek para değerleri yoktur; paraya veya oyun dışındaki herhangi bir şeye çevrilemezler ve başka oyunculara aktarılamazlar. Oyunun dengesini korumak gibi nedenlerle bunların nasıl çalıştığını veya oyun içindeki fiyatlarını değiştirebiliriz.
3. Satın almalar
Satın almalar Google Play veya App Store üzerinden yapılır ve onların ödeme ve iade kurallarına tabidir. Bir satın alma, sanal öğeyi veya özelliği oyunda kullanma hakkı verir. "Reklamsız", bölümler arasındaki reklamları ve bannerları kaldırır; ödül için kendi isteğinizle izlediğiniz reklamlar kullanılabilir kalır. Oyunda harcanan öğeler (coinler gibi) harcandıktan sonra geri yüklenemez.
4. Reklamlar
Oyun, ödül için izlemeyi seçebileceğiniz reklamlar dahil reklamlar gösterir. Reklamların bilgileri nasıl kullandığı Gizlilik Politikamızda açıklanmıştır.
5. Değişiklikler ve erişilebilirlik
Oyunu güncelleyebilir, içerik ekleyip çıkarabilir veya sunmayı bırakabiliriz. İlerlemenizi korumaya çalışırız ancak oyunun her zaman erişilebilir veya hatasız olacağını garanti edemeyiz.
6. Sorumluluk
Oyun "olduğu gibi" sunulur. Yasaların izin verdiği ölçüde dolaylı zararlardan veya sanal öğelerin kaybından sorumlu değiliz. Bu şartlardaki hiçbir hüküm, ülkenizin tüketici koruma yasalarından doğan haklarınızı sınırlamaz.
